Tristan Guillaume Group

Tristan Guillaume will receive a contribution to record an EP with his musical ensemble called Tristan Guillaume Group.

Tristan Guillaume is a dynamic and versatile musician based in the Netherlands, whose journey started in Hanoi at the age of six with the classical guitar. Since then, he has become a multi-instrumentalist, developing his skills on the drums and piano. With a passion for composing, Tristan has worked with various ensembles, from big bands to traditional orchestras. He is the first drummer in the 40+ years history of the Jazz Department of the Royal Conservatoire of The Hague to graduate with a 10 and distinction "for exceptional artistry as a musician - drummer, composer, arranger and bandleader.” He is also the recipient of the 2021 Fock Medal, for best presentation of the year.
