Dide Vonk received a grant to develop a new podcast. For Dide, everything is ready to move on to giving birth: A house, a boyfriend and a cat. Still, there's doubt: After all, how do you know if you want a child? In the podcast De Eierwekker, she explores the intimate and often complex subject of wanting a child? Because how do you deal with the biological clock that keeps ticking? And what if you and your partner don't agree? Through conversations with people with different perspectives, Dide explores the role of the mother in today's society and hopefully arrives at an answer to her question.

Dide is a presenter and podcast maker, known for the podcast De Makers. She has made more than 20 shows and over 250 episodes under her company De Makers Podcast Productions for Human, Radio 1, Oerol, De Makers, and several museums/theaters in the arts and culture sector, among others. Her mission in her work is to give voice to little-heard stories.
