Javier Valdi

Javier Valdivieso received a grant to develop new music. In an exploration of non-conventional metal music, Javier wants to explore alternative sounds, textures and harmonies. He wants to compose, record and mix everything himself, giving his music a completely unique sound and showcasing his skills not only as a guitarist but also as a producer.

Javier is a Spanish guitarist and producer currently living in Amsterdam. With a background in classical guitar and jazz guitar, Javier expanded his expertise at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam. He gives master classes at Dutch guitar festivals, performs as a session musician and collaborates with prominent metal artists. Backed by Ibanez, Javier also composes his own music, mixing heavy genres with his diverse influences.
