En Masse!

Teis Semey received a grant to develop a new album called En Masse!. The album is a collaboration between the Teis Semey Quintet and the Midnight Mess choir and will consist of 10 tracks of original music, with a strong focus on Scandinavian improvised music, sacred choral music and contemporary free jazz. To complement the album, Teis will release a zine called En Masse vol. 1 featuring interviews on musical activism.

Teis Semey is an award-winning guitarist and composer from Denmark. He is active in the Amsterdam music scene and known for his albums Mean Mean Machine and Midnight Mess vol 1.
