Joris Benjamins received a grant to develop new music. After the successful release of his albums Grow! (2021) and O₂O (2023), Joris (stage name Bby Eco) is ready to enrich himself once again by expanding creative boundaries and exploring a new palette of sound and image. Artistic research in nature, learning new recording techniques and engaging in new creative collaborations underlie this.

Amsterdam-based audiovisual musician Bby Eco seamlessly brings the elements of music, nature and transformation together in utopian and spatial sounds. In his work, Bby Eco considers nature as a healing force and makes it palpable within the current hyper-modernised world we live in. By not only making music, but also representing it in animations, photography and video clips - Bby Eco creates an imaginative world of experience that symbolises both positive ecological progress and inner transformation.
